1. Service

YourPDF Checker is a cloud-based platform for PDF accessibility checking and compliance management, operated by Krafters B.V. ("the Company"), registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account

You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless you hold a team or enterprise plan.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not upload documents containing illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform, scrape or automate access beyond what our API permits, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

4. Intellectual property

Accessibility reports and outputs generated for your documents belong to you. The YourPDF Checker platform, algorithms, brand and codebase remain the exclusive intellectual property of Krafters B.V.

5. Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
